It's a very berry thing.

Why not change your morning routine, leave your cereal in the cupboard, it's time you became adventurous.

This oat berry smoothie is so simple you can't go wrong. All you need is plain yogurt, mixed with 1/3 of a punnet of berries, with a handful of oats, splash of milk and one small banana.

Add all of these into your blender and mix well, and that's it, done.

Power Foods!

Did anyone see the September issue of Woman & Home?

In the 'Top 10 Power Foods' article, Oats came in top! Hurray.
