Have you seen today's Daily Mail?
We have and there's some great information about keeping healthy. Whilst looking through something caught our attention... porridge! As you all know we are always being told to increase the friendly bacteria in our gut, but in the article Dr Christoffer Van Tulleken says "forget those trendy probiotic drinks - just eat more porridge'!
